Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the DietDash platform, operated by Adailson Moreira dos Santos, empresário em nome individual. By creating an account or submitting a form, you agree to them.

1. The service

DietDash is a marketplace connecting health-food kitchens with diners. Kitchens list meals with nutritional information; diners discover and order them.

During the founding period, availability is limited to selected cities (initially Lisboa and Porto) and features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.

3. Kitchen obligations

Kitchens are solely responsible for food safety, accurate nutritional and allergen information, licensing, and compliance with applicable food and consumer law.

Trust Badges (Bronze/Silver/Gold) reflect DietDash verification steps but do not transfer legal responsibility for the food from the kitchen to DietDash.

4. Fees

Kitchens pay a subscription according to the selected plan plus a commission on completed marketplace orders. Pricing and commission are shown before you subscribe and may be updated with notice.

5. Payments

Payments and payouts are handled by Stripe. By transacting, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, submit false nutritional data, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" during the founding period. To the extent permitted by law, DietDash is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, with the courts of the district of Porto (comarca do Porto) having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
